stimmt nur für spec buffs/heals... bei basebuffs/heals bringt es sehr wohl was wenn du vorher mit dem skill unter dem spruchlvl wars und mit +items drüber kommst... ist allerdings eher gering der unterschied.

die 50er basebuffs meines druiden bringen mit 4 + 6 nähren nur etwa +25-30 auf jedes Attribut.. bringt also schon ne menge
